THELMA MCQUILLAN

As one of Australia’s most accomplished Fashion Directors Thelma’s career began at Australian Consolidated Press over 20 years ago. Working on the launch issue of Harper’s Bazaar Australia as Fashion Director in 1998 Thelma then moved over to a freelance career, which included 5 years as Fashion Editor for The Sydney Morning Herald’s Sunday Life magazine, also styling multiple season launch fashion shows for both David Jones and Myer. Thelma was also Fashion Editor for UK Grazia magazine as well as styling campaigns for both Australian and International designers and brands.

Eventually moving back into magazines as Fashion Director of Australian Grazia and again Harper’s Bazaar Australia.

Most recently Thelma was engaged by Medium Rare Content Agency to launch Jones Magazine for David Jones, creating and developing the Fashion Department from scratch and setting the style direction for the Magazines fashion, beauty and accessories pages.
